Chinook Country Historical Society, Remembering Chinook Country: Told and Untold Stories of Our Past, with an Introduction by Henry C. Klassen (Calgary, AB: Detslig Enterprises, 2005). Remembering Chinook Country was published in 2005 to mark the 100th anniversary of the province of Alberta. In this volume, the Chinook Country Historical Society has gathered several short essays from some of the best-known Albertan historians, including Henry Klassen, Donald B. Smith, John Gilpin, Faye Reineberg Holt, Maxwell Foran, Frits Pannekoek and Cheryl Foggo. These contributions present "a lively and informed account of how one small town and its surrounding area grew from a tiny urban and rural community into a major Alberta zone." This book is available for purchase from the Glenbow Museum Gift Shop, the Lougheed House Gift Shop and through the office of the Historical Society of Alberta.
